Nestled below the formidable Hohensalzburg Fortress is the center of Sound of Music tourism, stunning churches, and the birthplace of Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart!  Salzburg attracts fans of faith, movies and music from around the world over. This was one stop on our holiday my mom was eager to visit, and as a piano student from a very young age I was interested in visiting Mozart’s birthplace and museum.  We both enjoyed this little village and all that it had to offer but for me, the greatest highlight was indeed getting to view pieces of history from one of the greatest composers of the classical period.
